During 2013 – 2014 – following our successful participation in call of tenders published by the social Welfare Centre in Aleksandrów Łódzki (in the framework of realisation of the specific task  7.1.1 Operational Programme Human Capital) UWOLNIENIE has been managing the Social Integration Centre MEA in Aleksandrów Łódzki.

Until 2014, 70 persons have participated in this programme. All participants have accomplished their activities in due time.

During realization phase of this programme we have been providing trainings preparing to carry out following jobs:  assistant of a dependent person, office worker, internal and external surfaces cleaning staff, kitchen help, clerk – cashier.  Apart from the theoretical courses the participants have been learning through training on the job as well.

In order to facilitate workplace acquisition the IT skills course has been provided – “The pc as the instrument to get and to keep the job”.

During project realisation phase the participants had the right to get a warm meal and to receive integration benefit.
